Patty is the owner of Backyard Gatherings + Events. She brings to her clients 25 years of experience working with large professional service organizations, academic institutions, non-profits, and mid-size businesses in supporting their marketing goals and events

The power of personal connection was honed while working for a Big 4 accounting firm . While there, she orchestrated impactful client events, alumni gatherings, and practice development initiatives.

With a background in marketing and project management, Patty specializes in crafting experiences that reduce your stress and increase your joy.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Patty is a Trustee of the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Foundation, where she’s committed to promoting the benefit of collective giving and advocating for pediatric healthcare. Having held several leadership roles during her time with Rainbow Babies and Children’s Foundation, Patty is most proud of her creation of A Winterful Tea, a legacy fundraising event launched in 2019 A strong advocate of children's healthcare and women’s issues, she happily donates her time, talent and treasure to Chair-ity and 100 Women Strong as well.

Patty and her husband are raising their two sons, in Aurora, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys tennis with the neighborhood ladies, hikes with her dog traveling and cooking with her boys.
